Find your next stage

Connecting artists with venues, one show at a time

VenYou matches Venues that have free nights with Artists (Musicians, Comedians, DJ's...) looking for a place to perform. Search by city, or list your stage and let the artists find you!

How VenYou works

Three steps from sign-up to showtime.

1

Create your profile

Sign up as a venue or an artist and build a public profile with photos, genres, your availability and your location.

2

Search and connect

Venues list the nights they have open; artists show where they perform. Search nearby, then message each other directly.

3

Book the show

Propose a slot, agree the details in your messages and confirm — with optional paid bookings when you connect Stripe.

Venues and artists: frequently asked questions

How do artists find venues to perform at?

Search venues by city on VenYou, filter by capacity and what the venue is open to, then message the venue to propose a slot. Venues that are open to regular shows appear in the search too.

How do venues find artists and live acts?

Venues can browse artists that suit their schedule and genre needs, message them directly, and book a night from the available calendar. Open slots appear on the venue's public page for artists to request.

Is VenYou free to use?

Yes. Creating a profile, searching, messaging and booking free shows costs nothing. Venues can optionally connect Stripe to charge for paid bookings, with a platform fee included in the price.

What kinds of artists can perform on VenYou?

Musicians, bands, DJs, comedians, magicians and other performers. You set your genres on your profile so venues can match you to the right nights.

What kinds of venues are on VenYou?

Pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants and community or recreation centres that want live entertainment. Venues list their capacity, location and the nights they have free.

How are bookings and payments handled?

Propose a date, reach an agreement in your conversation, then confirm the booking. Paid bookings are processed through Stripe, so payments settle to the venue's own Stripe account.
